September 2007RealtyServer deploys a regional inter-board system for BC
RealtyServer is proud to announce their deployment of a province-wide inter-board system in the province of British Columbia. This RealtyServer regional system now serves approximately 17,000 REALTORS® at 12 member boards. This system is the first of its kind in Canada where boards using different MLS® software providers are sharing data as a common platform.
Every board in British Columbia is participating in the provincial inter-board system. A sharing arrangement was facilitated by the British Columbia Real Estate Association, requiring high levels of cooperation by both the member boards and RealtyServer.
The new system will undoubtedly be a true asset to BC REALTORS®. With a growing consumer demand for data beyond single board boundaries, the provincial inter-board system will allow REALTORS® to better serve their customers. Agents access the inter-board data via INTERFACExpress™, RealtyServer's browser based MLS® product.

- Chilliwack and District Real Estate Board
- Fraser Valley Real Estate Board
- Kamloops & District Real Estate Association
- Kootenay Real Estate Board
- Northern Lights Real Estate Board
