PCSpro™ is a milestone in the MLS® technology industry. It takes the completely original PCS™ product and brings it to a whole new level!
PCS™ is a prospecting tool which enables REALTORS® to provide their clients with the most up-to-date information effortlessly. Via PCS™, REALTORS® enter search criteria for their client and instantly they create a private web page for that client, displaying all the active property matches on the market. REALTORS® are in complete control with PCS™ as they have the option to screen each listing before it appears on their client's site. Through INTERFACExpress™, REALTORS® can select a binocular view which lets them view their client's webpage. REALTORS® can see how many times their clients have looked at each property to better understand their client's needs. Whenever a new matching listing comes onto the market, PCS™ automatically emails clients and informs them while simultaneously informing the REALTOR®.
PCSpro™ takes PCS™ and gives it a whole new facelift. With PCSpro™, REALTORS® can now have PCS™ branded into their very own websites where prospective buyers can register themselves as their PCS™ clients. Buyers fill in their own search criteria and therefore, initiate their own results. This new feature allows REALTORS® to attract clients they never would have had otherwise.
PCSpro™ is available in 3 options. Option One is for REALTORS® who already have their own website. With Option One, they customize the look of PCS™ to make it match their site perfectly and from then on, their PCS™ clients will access PCS™ directly out of the REALTORS® website. Option Two is for REALTORS® without any existing internet presence. Option Two includes everything in Option One, PLUS a whole new website! REALTORS® can choose from a variety of colours, templates and styles. REALTORS® can also display active listings or their recent sales directly on their homepage. Option Two is an all inclusive package that takes REALTORS® from no web presence to a professional looking webpage in just 30 minutes. Option Three is a unique brokerage package which enables REALTORS® to get a professional corporate look to their PCS™ without the need for a personal website. Option Three will brand everyone in the office with a standard corporate theme. This package does not include the client self-register feature.
