Gladwin, Michigan – RealtyServer and the Clare/Gladwin Board of REALTORS® are pleased to announce the signing of a contract for the provision of a new software system to operate the full range of MLS services offered by the Board.

"Our system review committee was very impressed with the features of this software. We particularly liked the idea of a Lakes Table to hold all of the details on the lakes in our trading area and ensure consistency throughout the full MLS system. This is very important feature in a region that has a lot of cottage and waterfront properties, such as ours".
This is the second new contract signed by RealtyServer so far in 2008, and it will be its first MLS system to be deployed in the State of Michigan.
